I am a 26 year old mother of 2. My boys, my husband and my career keep me very busy...but I'm done making excuses. I know that I am not overweight but I would like to start a regular workout plan and eating a bit healthier. My husband is very good about working out daily and I have let that part of my life slide since my youngest was born. It's time to do this!!! :)
