A way of life...

My goal this time around is to lose and then maintain. Last year I lost the baby weight and then I had no idea how to maintain. I would like to stay healthy, working out and eating right as a way of life.

I am taking things a little easier this time around. I am currently working, in school and raising three children. My plan is to eat healthy and workout at least 3 times a week. I am committed to small changes and slow progress.

Just checking your trackers for the last couple days and you look like you are doing pretty good, especially with nice lean sources of protein (like boca burgers, turkey chili). I hope you feel better soon, but hang in there!
