On my way to a new me!

I quit smoking March 30th and now I am looking to get in to shape to become a whole new healthier me.

Update: Jan 21st 2007 and still smoke free! Now I just need to lose weight!

To live a healthier and happier life.

I have quit smoking.

Logging on to quitnet and sparkpeople numerous times throughout the day.

I have started working out in the morning as it makes me feel great all day and motivates me to exercise more.
