    There's a team called Victoriaís Secret Angels and a new team called SP Hotties. Thought you would be interested in joining. The purpose of both teams is to help motivate everyone to finally get fit and be healthy with challenges and daily/ weekly weigh ins as well as sharing beauty, fashion, and fitness secrets and trends.

    We are starting a new challenge called the Total Body Makeover; itís a great motivating way to lose weight. It should help you lose between 6-10 pounds for the month of April to get you ready for the summer (Vs Team). The SP Hotties Team focuses on dieting challenges as well as fitness tips, success stories, and support throughout your weight loss journey.

    Hey and thanks for the add! Don't worry about the eating so much yet since you just started. The main thing to learn now is how to eat healthier than before and to be AWARE of what you put in your mouth and learn from any mistakes.
    I hope you have fun this weekend! Try to eat something healthy before going drinking and then not eat anything else. Or find some activities you can do where you don't have to drink so much (bowling, movie, skating, etc.) GL!
