My Goals:
-First and foremost, I just want to be healthy.

-I would love to be the athlete I once was because I miss my first love, basketball, very much.

-I want to be healthy and happy with who I am before I have kids (which I would love to do in the next couple of years).

-I want to enjoy life without feeling like I have to stay away from certain things because of how I feel about myself.

Personal Information:
I'm an Orange County girl born and raised until I was 18 and my family had to relocate to a place that actually snows....yes, snows!! Difficult to adjust to when you lived close to the beach your whole life hahaha.

Other Information:
Music is my passion and I hope to graduate college in a few years with a degree in music. I also love animals, sports, nature, reading, and a bunch of other things lol :)

I had (and sometimes have!) that frustration too. I went from very active to very much in pain. In fact, the day I had my accident, I was riding my bike from the gym, heading to work when I got hit. She seriously damaged 3 discs in my back. No more gym, no more bike and for a while, I was just so darn grateful to be able to move around enough to get to the bathroom by myself! I used to hike, play paintball, backpack, surf, dance, just do all kinds of things. I'm now down to walking and some very modified no or extremely low impact exercises. You do adjust. Try not to focus on what you can't do and focus on what you can. Stay positive!

I'm so sorry about the late reply! I havne't been on the actually sparkpeople website much, just the app on my phone ahahaha. And I always forget to check my comments :(
Anyways, I was just dealing with stresses at home and work so it put me in a weird mood constantly. Things are decent now though:)

Wow, that's crazy, I've never had an injury like that. Are you on any medication for it? Or is it just something that you have to put up with daily.

Meh, past few days have been weird but I'm trying to push through normally haha. Attempting to finish everything before work in a few hours -____- ugh.
What happened to your knee?:O
