Hi Sara! So nice to hear from you, I hope you're enjoying the holiday season. I'm not doing well on any plan whatsoever right now, I'm in full-on eating mode. Mindless eating, mostly sweets and carbs which will be bad for January when I decide to start thinking about all of this again.

How are you doing these days?

Hi Sara - the big news in Canada is that it's our Thanksgiving this weekend, so we're all enjoying a long weekend. I live in Toronto and the leaves are all turning pretty yellow and red colours at this time of the year - it's quite lovely.

I'm thinking of trying the Eat to Live program, have you heard of it?

Warm wishes -

Sherri

Hi Sara - 7 pounds is amazing! And it sounds like your husband has done really well too. It's a bit frustrating seeing how easily men lose weight - it's like they can lose completely consistently, no plateaus or other bumps and hurdles.

Thanks for the pinwheel, it's pretty and reminds me of summer.

I have not done well on the weight front, I had a back injury and I self-medicated by eating and eating. I found that with the pain killers I was taking that only sweet things tasted good - savoury foods had a metallic taste. So big uptake on the chocolate peanut butter Haagen-Dazs, big increase on the scale.

I need to do something, and start some new lifestyle habits.

Hi Sara! How are you doing? I have been away for a LONG time. I am still pretty much in the same spot I was a couple of years ago, but thinking of trying something new.

How are you doing?

Words to live by, my friends...

When I accept my limitations, I accept the same limitation in another. When I am being who I am, I allow another to be who they are. When I forgive myself for hurting another, I forgive another for hurting me. Self love is the result of absolute truth. Peace is the result of absolute self love.
----------
Have BIG dreams. You WILL grow into them.
----------
The only thing more dangerous than letting other put limitations on what you can achieve is allowing yourself to believe them.
----------
An arrow can only be shot by pulling it backward. So when life is dragging you back with difficulties, it means that it's going to launch you into something great.

Wishing you a blessed week and a safe 4th of July!!!

HUGS: )

Melissa
