    Panda Express also has good choices. The rice bowl is low calorie especially if you order it with the mixed veggies and half the rice or noodles, but all of it is high in sodium. We need to get you eating healthy at home. Do you live alone? Do you plan your menus out?

    You can change your ticker to reflect no drive thru! You can do this! I am cheering for you! You can also blog everyday reporting you didn't do drive thru so we can cheer you on. Can you drive a different route so you don't drive pass the one you usually go to?

    A car accident?! I hope everyone's okay! Definitely give yourself a bit of a rest after that...
    I'm so excited that you bought the DVD! My advice when you start is - just keep going. Don't think of the whole 20 minutes, but take it one set of exercises at a time! I thought I was going to die the first time I did it, and I was so sore afterwards, but it was so worth it. Also, take your measurements before you start... you'll be amazed!
    Things aren't going so great for me - I'm so busy that I don't have time to exercise, and I'm so poor that I can't afford to buy healthy food! It's such an issue, but I'm trying my best...
