    You've already hit goal, my dear, so I wouldn't sweat the small stuff.

    CONGRATULATIONS on that! :) You've worked HARD, and you probably look HOT in your bikini ... you're gonna have fun when you hit the beaches this summer! :)

    But yeah, the almost "zoned-out" wolfing down the food - I still do that instinctively, but when I force myself to slow down, WOW, it really makes a difference! To me, it's WELL worth practicing the skill of slowing down. :)
