I am now using spark people to track my food.
I am also going to the gym 4 times a week for cardio and strength training.

Congratulations on taking your first steps to a brand new you and a new weight loss experience where you are supported by en entire community of like-minded people. This website is dedicated to helping people who want a healthier lifestyle including issues with eating healthy and exercising, as well as support forums where we talk about specific issues.

I have a 2 and 3 year old fur babies, and spent part of today shaving the Border Collie. Too hot already for him to have all his hair on. He can have his fur coat back in November when it cools down!
