Sarah's Spark Story

My name is Sarah, and I am a 25 year old mother of one. My fiance, Will, and I are getting married in June of 2009, I cant wait! Our daughter Jayla just turned 2 in September. I got down to my ideal weight of 120 but have gained almost 10 lbs. in the last two months. I have a serious sweet tooth that is VERY hard for me to control. My name is Sarah, and I am a 25 year old mother of one. My fiance, Will, and I are getting married in June of 2009, I cant wait! Our daughter Jayla just turned 2 in September. I got down to my ideal weight of 120 but have gained almost 10 lbs. in the last two months. I have a serious sweet tooth that is VERY hard for me to control. Other than that I eat pretty healthy, lots of whole grains, vegetables, fruits, lean meats, etc. Will and I quit drinking over 10 months ago and plan to live sober the rest our lives, great things have come our way since that decision, and we feel great! It is hard for me to cook for my family, and I LOVE to cook! Will is a meat and potatoes, no veggies kind of guy who smothers everything in butter, mayo, and cheese! Jayla and I eat very healthy besides my desert binges! I am overall a pretty fit person. I walk my dog and stroller atleast 2-3 miles/day already so my fitness goals are really to tone up certain areas and lose a couple inches in my waist line. I would love to meet and chat with people who have similar goals and interests and can keep me motivated!

My Goals:
Lose 8 lbs., tone up, fit more comfortably into my jeans, lose a couple inches in my waist, change binging habits, eat even more whole foods, and boost my confidence.

My Program:
Eating 1200-1550 calories/day, lots of whole foods, no desert binges, 8 glasses of water, walk 2-3 miles/day, start running in the morning, train with weights and resistance band 2/week for 45 minutes.

Originally from Oregon, now in North Carolina, and loving life in the south!
