My Goals:
My goal weight is 145! This is at the top of the 'healthy BMI' scale for my height, but I honestly think much lower and I'd have no muscle mass..

Completed first 5k on 03/27/2010 36:56!

My Program:
I am trying to change my eating habits and live a more active lifestyle. I used to run around 10 miles a week and would like to get back to that, but numerous stress fractures in my foot and plantar fasciitis make it difficult. For now, I'm jazzercising and trying to be as active as possible.


Personal Information:
I live in Central Vermont with my beautiful daughter and fiancé.

Thanks for commenting on my blog! What you said about staying on track without the routine of work, I get it. I do better when I sort of stick to a schedule too. I think that's why I do a little better once my kids go back to school. I get an earlier start. One thing that helps me is to make sure I walk by a certain time. Sort of like an appointment for myself to walk.

Thanks so much for the comment on my blog with the great menu example, that's a huge help! I'm going to have to look into those KIND bars as well, I've never tried them before but they sound good.
