I started sparking in September 2007, I lost a lot of weight. I sort of lost track of sparking and gained it all back. Before I was able to recommit, I became pregnant and gained another 80 LBS!!!

Yeah, EIGHT ZERO!

So I'm going to go with the whole 10% theory...
Current weight: 245
1st 10% goal is 24.5lbs by Oct 1st 2012 (220.5)
2nd 10% goal is 22lbs by Dec 15th 2012 (198)
3rd 10% goal is 20lbs by Feb 28th 2013 (178)
4th 10% goal is 18lbs ...

My Goals:
My goal weight is 135! I haven't seen those numbers on the scale in about 10 years.

I also want to be able to run a 5k!DONE!

Completed first 5k on 03/27/2010 36:56!

My Program:
I am trying to change my eating habits and live a more active lifestyle. I used to run around 10 miles a week and would like to get back to that.

I am drinking my 64oz of water everyday.

Personal Information:
I'm 26 years old and live in central Vermont. I work for State Farm Insurance as a Multiple Lines Producer.

Other Information:
Running and I have a love/hate relationship. But what is good for you, does not always feel good!

Thanks so much for the comment on my blog with the great menu example, that's a huge help! I'm going to have to look into those KIND bars as well, I've never tried them before but they sound good.

Thanks for reading my blog! I've done the 30 day shred video, but never challenged myself to do the full challenge. It's tough, but really looking forward to seeing if I can do it now. I'm hoping to start it on January 6th if you want to join me in the challenge!
