When my doctor told me I gained 20 lbs in 5 months I knew it was time to make a change. I lost 50 lbs. in 7 months and made my goal of 135 lbs. Although I've had struggles maintaining a reasonable weight I refuse to be overweight/obese again! I got back up to 147 and my ultimate goal is to be 125 lbs. or size 6 by my birthday, May 10th, 2010.
Workout Schedule:
Mondays: Zumba @ 6:00 pm
Tuesdays: Turbo Kick @ 5:00 pm
Wednesdays: Zumba @ 5:00 pm

My Goals:
GOAL: 125 lbs. or size 6 by my birthday, May 10th. I want to have my body prepared for possibly starting a family. We may start trying on Christmas! Plus, what an awesome Christmas present to myself!


My Program:
I plan to eat smaller portions & stay between 1250 and 1670 calories daily. I will work out EVERY DAY and twice daily on Mondays & Wednesdays.

Personal Information:
I am married to a sweetheart. I am an On-Air Radio Personality. I have a cute Pitbull named Izzy.

Other Information:
I've been married for 4 yrs. and gained 40 in the first 2 years. My husband is a fantastic cook, hence the weight gain. I also have a small cupcake business called Flour Child Cupcakes. This is temptation staring me in the face!

I just posted a March Cleanup Challenge in the Kokomo Challenge section (better late than never). Use it to post your cleanup accomplishments whether it be kicking out the garbage, cleaning up the yard or kicking a bad habit. If you've already done something in March, post it. Feel free to post your cleanup plans for the next 11 days and then track what you accomplish.

Let me know if there is some way to make this challenge more fun for everyone. We have 11 days left in March -- let's go Kokomo!

LOL I used to teach a similar format (body attack) in my 20's I 'm in my 40's now..its a bit rough for me on the ol joints. Fun class though : )
