Sarah's journey to weight loss....(Again)
Hello! I am Sarah, and I've gained and lost, and gained and lost, so many times in my life it's pathetic!!! I hit my highest weight in January of 2010 At 262 lbs!!! Between then and September of 2011 I lost 100 lbs. I feel off the wagon again and I"m yearning to lose the last 40 lbs I've gained back, and this time..KEEP it off!!!

My Goals:
My goal is to learn how to eat food when I'm hungry only, and to stop when I'm full. I need to stop using food as a punishment and reward!

I'm following the Ideal Protein program.
Personal Information:
I'm from Idaho, have a wonderful husband Todd, 3 step children, 3 children, (although they are all my children to me...I only specify because I am not quite old enough to own up to having an 18 year old biological daughter...lol) I also care for two adult women with autism, and my 12 year old son has Aspergers. :) BUSY LADY here!!!!
