When all else fails...look cute!

I'm a 30-year-old wife who is looking to get into a fitness and nutrition routine. I am 2 months from my 31st birthday and find myself in the same spot I was a year ago. My biggest struggle is starting AND finishing a fitness and/or nutrition program. I've purchased the Spark Solution and look forward to seeing how I can incorporate it into my life.

I've tried fitness games on Wii that have actually fitness calendars and plans. I also own Zumba Exhialrate, which I love. I'm also training to run 2 5Ks over the course of the next 3 months.

My weakness is nutrition. I can start working out and usually keep it up, but I'm very prone to fall back into fatty food habits.

Here's to a new me, and a new sense of life!

My Goals:
I want to be healthier and lower my risk for heart disease. I also want to be able to find fun ways to get fit with my husband.

My Program:
I'm starting slow. I'm making a habit of drinking a LOT more water every day and working my way up to my recommended amount. I want to do 30 minutes of cardio 3 days a week and incorporate strength training 2 days a week.

Personal Information:
I'm originally from Shoreview, MN. I have a BA in Psychology and an AAS in Sign Language Interpreting/Transliterating. I'm a Sign Language Interpreter and I work in various settings.

You can do it, Sarah! I hear you about the "fat tooth." That's my problem too. I'm also a grazer, so I've started leaving mints or lemon drops on the counter to pop in my mouth when I feel the urge to graze coming on. Good luck with the Spark Solution Challenge! We're all here to support you!
