Evening Sarah! If you give up now, how will you ever know you could have succeeded? No matter the cost or sacrifice, keep pushing yourself beyond your own boundaries. Make this minute the minute of decision and break free of your self-made limitations!!

Hello Sarah. I thought I’d share a personal observation that seemed to have been a popular one. I hope you don’t mind if I share it again:

Every fat cell acquired through life is accompanied with either a good or bad memory. No wonder losing weight is such an emotional journey!

DON'T GIVE UP!!

Howdy Sarah! If we can’t do 1 sit-up, why set a goal to do 100 sit ups by the end of the week? Although we may have the desire to set miraculous goals, temper them with reality and tone the goals down into achievable goals…then we will reap a feeling of success instead of failure and frustration. Another new day is here! You're doing great! Keep up the hard work and sacrifices!

It's super Saturday, Sarah! If you've ever been late for work. Late for a date. Felt too old to change. Missed the boat/train. Fell off the wagon. Took a sabbatical. Derailed while on vacation. Bad stuff happened in life. It’s okay to be late. All LATE stands for is:

L-augh
A-t
T-he
E-xperience

Then get back on track. There’s years worth of empty days ahead to fill will good positive choices!

Super Friday, Sarah! Those negative thoughts we get, the negative comments or negative posts some people leave on our page or feed are like gangrene…cut them out! You’re already beautiful! SparkPeople is where we came to get help in becoming healthy. We cry with each other over the disappointments, sorrows and pain we experience. We laugh and cheer with each other over the successes, accomplishments and rewards as they occur. We can empower ourselves and each other every single day with a kind word or gesture! Feel empowered!!! (Reggie’s Philosophy)
