to not be a victim of Heart Disease

To fit in a size 7 again

To feel confident when I go out

To climb the "Glacier" at brownstone park next year

My Program:
I power walk for a minimum 30 minutes a day= 2miles

I avoid fast food and caffiene like the plague!

I drink one bottle of Bom Dia Acai Berry juice with Pomegrante every other day- I swear by it!

I do stength training every other day and cardio every day

Im 24 years old

I live in New Britain, CT

I live with my wonderful boyfriend Chris

Other Information:
The feeling of being thin and healthy lasts a lifetime...
The feeling after you eat that piece of cake lasts about 5 minutes.
A lifetime sounds more appealing!!
