Hi, I'm Sarah. I started my weight loss journey on my 29th birthday, November 28, 2011. I finally realized that I was so, so tired of being overweight and unhealthy, and that it was totally within my power to do something about it - and I decided that I did NOT want to turn 30 at the same weight that I turned 29. So for my birthday, I asked my husband for the "getting started" bit of a Weight Watchers membership, and then for Christmas of 2011, he got me a treadmill! I lost my first 40 lbs in 5 ...
Hi, I'm Sarah. I started my weight loss journey on my 29th birthday, November 28, 2011. I finally realized that I was so, so tired of being overweight and unhealthy, and that it was totally within my power to do something about it - and I decided that I did NOT want to turn 30 at the same weight that I turned 29. So for my birthday, I asked my husband for the "getting started" bit of a Weight Watchers membership, and then for Christmas of 2011, he got me a treadmill! I lost my first 40 lbs in 5 months on Weight Watchers, and my goal is to lose another 40 by the end of 2012. This will put me at 153, and then we'll adjust up or down accordingly from there, depending on how 153 actually looks and feels on me.
