Lots to lose
I've struggled with my weight for a long time. I just cannot wait until I'm comfortable with myself. I was really small until probably third or fourth grade, then I started gaining weight, and I haven't been comfortable with myself since. I think I gained more than the freshmen fifteen during my first year of college, and I didn't even really realize it was happening. I reached my highest weight this past summer (173), and I've lost a lot since then. I'm currently at 139. I want to lost ...
I've struggled with my weight for a long time. I just cannot wait until I'm comfortable with myself. I was really small until probably third or fourth grade, then I started gaining weight, and I haven't been comfortable with myself since. I think I gained more than the freshmen fifteen during my first year of college, and I didn't even really realize it was happening. I reached my highest weight this past summer (173), and I've lost a lot since then. I'm currently at 139. I want to lost at least 20 more pounds before I start my summer job, and before I come back to school next semester I want to weigh around 100 pounds. I fall off the wagon a lot, and usually the only exercise I get is walking to and from my classes and doing some crunches and push-ups most days. I really need to start getting exercise! Well, I haven't been on here in awhile, and I definitely did not meet my goals, so here are my new ones. Sept. 21: 135 Oct. 10: 131 Oct. 30: 129 Nov. 14: 127 Dec. 9: 125 Dec 23: 124 Jan 16: 120 Jan 29: 119 Feb 12: 118 March 16: 115 April 1: 113 April 27: 110... I want to get well under 110.
My Program:
As of right now I am just eating healthier, but I need to start exercising a lot more.
