Creating A Healthy Sarah

I am working towards a fit and healthy Sarah! Welcome to my spark page! I am here to become fit and healthy not only for me but for my girls. I want to be a healthy and fit mama for them! I have been battling my weight since I was a young child. I can remember going on a diet when I was in around 10. When I got into my teens I began doing every fad diet out there. I have tried Atkins, LA Weight Loss, Weight Watchers, South Beach you name it I have tried it. I obviously did not have success with any of them. I joined spark in 2010. I lost 30 pounds within the first 6 months. I used the fitness tracker and food tracker. I have wonderful supportive spark friends who helped me along the way. I even ran a 5k! Who would have thought I would have a fitness routine. I loved it. 2010 was amazing. I am determined to make 2013 the year to make to my goals! **NO MORE EXCUSES** **JUST DO IT** Some things I remember on a daily basis: *This is a lifestyle not a diet!* *I want to lead by example...especially for my girls!* *One good choice leads to another....* *5K Races Completed* Race for the Cure 5k 2010 Run For Mercy 5k 9/10/11- 43:46 Turkey Trot 5k 11/24/11- 40:32 Look out Onederland I am coming after you!!

~I am buying fresh produce and cooking healthy meals at home. Meal planning is a must and I am limiting fast food. Spark recipes is a great tool I use. ~Drinking 64+ oz of water ~1,000 fitness minutes each month My Favs: ~Jillian Michaels 30 Day Shred, Elliptical, Running, Turbo Fire, gym, Bob Harper workout DVDs, Wii

~I live in beautiful Missouri. I have 2 beautiful, smart, funny girls...Isabella and Lexi! Nathan is my love for over 10 years! ~Loves: God, family, snow, magazines, nail polish, pineapple, workout clothes, nature, fishing, self help books, gardening, flowers, yard work, scarfs, watermelon, walks with my family, sunshine, funky water bottles, music that gets your heart pumping...Rihanna, Miranda Lambert, Carrie Underwood, The Band Perry, Kelly Clarkson, Pistol Annies! ~I am going back to school to finish my Associates Degree in Business Administration!
