My Story
My name is Sarah and I'm interested in staying fit, eating healthy, and loosing those few annoying pounds I recently picked up. I have a weakness for sweets, breads, and cheese, but I also enjoy my four-mile morning walk. Hopefully the two will counter each other. ;) Portrait photography is my business, but I also keep busy with many other hobbies such as hiking, sewing, gardening, dancing, playing piano and violin, and baking. I've been married for almost three years and am very thankful for my good man. In 2009, we purchased a 1905 fixer (our first home) and have been busy remodeling ever since. I love our old house and all its charming character! Yes, life is good.

My Program:
I try to exercise every weekday for at least an hour. My exercises include: - 4 mile walk in 1 hour - push-mowing the lawn (1 1/2 hours) - gardening - dancing - jump rope - DVD aerobics workout - hiking - jumping jacks
