My Goals:
Right now I want to lose the weight, so I can fit into my old clothes.

I also want to get active to the best extent I can, maybe try doing a 5k or the Sun Run (our local 10k). I miss skiing and playing tennis and doing other active stuff.

My Program:
Right now I am just trying to gradually increase my activity and cut out empty calories like cupcakes, cookies, ice cream, pizza, soda, etc.
