My name is Sarah. I'm a newly single mom to three great kids, I work part time and I'm in school full time. I also volunteer at my kids elementary school. I do a lot of things for a lot of people all the time.

I'm finally starting to realize that I need to put myself on that list, that I need to take care of myself. Otherwise I won't be here to take care of anyone else.

It's going to be a long journey, but I'm more than ready to take that first step.

My Goals:
I need to lose a lot of weight. A lot.
I'm just taking it one day at a time, though. One day, one meal, one moment at a time. Right now is all I need to worry about.


My Program:
Starting out I'm using Spark to help me track my calories and making an effort to move in someway every day. One day I might walk the dog, the next I might play Just Dance with my kids. As long as I do something!



Personal Information:
I am a mother, a sister, a daughter, and a friend. :o)
I am an independant contractor working with Arise Virtual Solutions. I work from home answering phones for a large telecommunications company.
I'm also going to school full time, finally finishing the degree I started 10 years ago. :)
I have three gorgeous daughters. D who is 14, G who is 8, and F who is 6. They are the light of my life and the reason I get out of bed in the morning.
