    Thanks for stopping by my blog and sharing your thoughts. As you stated, "yo yo dieting" I can relate to that. I get up the steam and do well, and then fall off after I've reached a point - only to regain what I've lost.

    The secret to maintainence is mindfulness, respecting food, respecting the self.

    Now to put those things into action.

    Enjoy your day over in Germany. 4 kids have got to be keeping you busy. Can you get them involved in food shopping for ingredients to make snacks each day? I find when a child helps grow a tomato, or shops and is allowed to pick out that tomato, then helps make a salad, actually slices a piece of fruit or vegetable, they are more inclined to eat it.

    Can you make this a family affair? It works.
