It all starts with a little love...

and it is time for me to start loving myself again. I got a little off track this fall after getting a new job, but now it is time for me to put some energy and time into getting healthy and fit. I need to do this for myself! I'd love some encouragement too, so drop me a line!

Goyaam goals:
1. Walk! I'll set a new virtual goal to reach this month with all the miles I achieve.
2. Continue to log in and post food/ exercise! I know that daily tracking is key for my ...

3. Reach for water first before anything else...64 oz daily minimum.
4. Focus on my portion sizes. I know I eat bigger portions than necessary, so I'm really watching it this month.
5. Start the C25K program...I want to be able to run one!

My Goals:

My goal is to lose weight and feel better.

Short term:
Becoming more consistent with diet and exercise!

Starting weight: 214
Current weight: 200
Goal weight:150

My Program:
I am eating a healthier diet and exercising daily.

*Exercise: cardio at least 6x/ week. Daily if possible. Strength training at least 2x /week.

*Drink water...at least 64 oz everyday.

*No more soda!!! This one is hard!

Personal Information:
I'm Sarah from Missouri. I'm 35, and am married to Chris, a wonderful guy , and have three beautiful kids.

I grew up in Northwest Iowa in a small town. After college (yeah NWMSU!), I followed my husband to the Kansas City, Mo area where we have lived for 13 years now. I am a former 6th grade teacher, and now work as a High School Special Ed. Instructional Assistant.

My family is active in our church, and enjoys watching movies, playing with our Wii Fit, and going on walks!
