My Goals:
To become for confident in myself!

To lose weight and live a more healthful and active lifestyle!

To pass the bar in July and get a job!

My Program:
Goal is 1000 cardio minutes a month.

I am eating 3 small meals of 150-250 calories a day and 2 medium meals of 300-400 calories a day aiming for between 1200-1400

i've cut out drinking besides a glass of wine here and there.

My secret to success - Edmame, Sushi and Veggie Subs from subway - three of my favs anyways!

I joined Fitness Formula and got a trainer and although its still the beginning I am feeling about myself already

Personal Information:
Grew up in a combo of PA and upstate NY but now am in the arguably the greatest city in the country -- Chicago!

About to graduate law school... thats still settling in.

Thanks!! Tomorrow is the big weigh-in so we'll see how my first week went. Now I am going to try and come up with some "goals" or a "plan"- this was basically a test week!!

Anyway- I have you to thank!! I have been to the GYM multiple days in a row and would not have been there if it wasn't for you motivating me.

You are doing GREAT and I am more than proud of you. :)

the discipline to get through undergrad and then law school is also the secret to getting your through your weight loss journey. Congrats on taking the bar soon!

Eee! I love SP! This is great.
I also love veggie subs. I worked at Subway for a while and so I've tried prettty much everything. The ham and turkey ones are pretty low cal too, especially if you don't have cheese. The sweet onion sauce is low-fat or fat free...I forget, but it's pretty awesome. :)
I love Subway, I thought I'd hate it after working there, but I still head over to one if I miss a meal in our cafeteria. :-D
