As far as incline and speed it really all depends! I try to get at least 5 minutes of an incline at 5 or higher... depends on my mood. When my incline is this high I usually keep my pace about 3.7. Otherwise I start off at a 3.5 pace and kick it up to about 4.2 while walking. When I am doing my sprints I build on my speed. I may do 2 sets at 6.0 then 3 at 7.0 then 3 at 7.5 and usually top out at 8.0. I am a speed sprinter, it's what I did when I ran track so short bursts are what I am best at! As far as time wise I do longer on my slower speeds (1 minute run 30 sec. rest) I then reverse it on my faster speeds. It just all depends on the day! I just know sprint running works for me. (there is a technical name for it I just can't think right now!)

As far as weight training I do but I don't when I was on a strict regiment before I was lifting every other day (came to 3 times a week) I loved it. However my gym closed and I have yet to find a new gym! I do however LOVE LOVE LOVE kettle bells! check them out! Full body strength training right there!

Hey! I find it really easy to track my food, I guess because 1) I am addicted/obsessed whichever way you want to look at it =) and 2) I have a droid phone so the spark people app is with me at all times and allows me to track every little morsel! As far as exercising is going I am currently making it to the gym JUST 2 days a week! =( mostly due to my schedule a small part due to laziness! However, I just purchased a treadmill and that will be at my door step on Thursday! I usually do 45 minutes on that thing 10 minute warm-ups followed by 25 minute intervals 5 minute cool down then side walks and back walks until I am dead =) I also do some strength training and I am constantly on my feet at least 9 hours a day!

How about you? Besides the hour what do you do?

Following the program you set up for yourself? I hope so, it dosent come easily but once the momentum is going everything seems so much easier!
