I was using another diet website when i first started losing weight because i found keeping track of all my calories, excercise and weight kept me motivated and after i lost 20 lbs i found Sparkpeople. I wanted to lose 11 more when i signed up...

I took a few months off from spark people to try something else (because i need to change my diet constantly or i start cheating)

ive gone up and down in my weight lately and recently hit a low where my pants just didnt fit, they were way to snug i had a moment and decided id had enough it was time to get serious, so here i am ready to destroy 15 lbs!

My Goals:
My goal is to weigh 135 lbs and be strong healthy and beautiful. I am 5'8

My ultimate goal does not lay in a specific weight, i have been there and it drove me CRAZY! My goal is to be strong, confident and happy in my own body! Its a LONG journey and i still struggle every single day but i also learn something new about my body each day too.

My Program:
My weight loss began on New Years day 2006 when i looked at the pictures from the night before and was very unhappy, and i have been going strong ever since.

I play it by ear. I work out as often as i can, but days when i just cant get it together i rest. On an average week i spend about 5 hours working out. I mix running with cross training and strength. I need to mix it up so i don't get bored! I LOVE running outside on trails and on the beach!

I stopped weighting myself and counting calories in january 2010 because it was making me CRAZY and im currently learning to be an intuitive eater. I keep track of measurements and i take pictures of my body about once a month so measure progress!

Other Information:
I have a 6 year old pitt bull/black lab mix named KIYA and a 5 year old chihuahua mix named MILO and finally a 3 year old pitt/border collie who's name is CHANCE UPPERCUT, he has more energy then any living thing on earth and keeps me going.

Plus i LOVE BAKING and hope to one day open a bakery.

Hey what's up Sarah Banks?! I just wanted to say thank you so much for the lovely comment on my blog.
