I have lost a total of 70 pounds since the age of 16 (I am 22 now). However, I lost the last 45 pounds within the past year and a half.

The Official 10-Minute Daily Exercise Streak Challenge has basically changed my life. I went faarrr too long without exercising so in January 2012 I joined the challenge and have been exercising 5-6 days per week ever since.

I've decided that I am never going to ever gain the weight back, no matter how hard I have to work to keep it ...

My Goals:
-Exercise at least 30 minutes/day for 5 days/week.
-Lose 5 pounds by the end of Summer.
-Wear a bikini without being self-conscious by spring time (SUCCESS!!)

My Program:
I LOVE my exercise classes at the gym & I HIGHLY recommend them. I do a 60 minute BodyStep class on Sun, Mon, & Wed; 30 min CardioBlast & 30 min Stability Ball strength training class on Friday; and a 30 min Tabata Interval workout at home on Saturday.

I eat 1200-1400 calories per day depending on how much I exercise.

Chaos is our baby! He is so sweet and protective. He is laying at my feet right now. I have to climb over him to go across the room for anything. lol He is jealous of my husband. If my husband hugs or kisses me, Chaos comes trotting trying to get between us. We both pet him and tell him he is our good boy. But he won't budge. lol He loves my husband, though. He gets all excited when he comes home from work. He will jump around and howl. To funny!

I saw your comment about the Fear of the Gym article and I totally agree with you. The ppl in the college gym are so intimidating because over half look like they should be personal trainers. And I am also not one to buy another membership to a gym when I have a free one and I'm just a little freaked out by it. But go you for working out 5 times a week!
