Like I say to all.. WE give you the tools to get you healthy,PLUS the support. BUT it is UP to YOU to get that body moving & the best part of getting healthy you are putting a new lease on life!.. I'm here for you & so is everyone else.. GET UP!!!!.. Once you get in the groove it takes at least 2 weeks for your mind & body to adjust to "This" new thing you are doing. Believe me YOU can do it.. I did & I surprized myself in doing what I have done for me!..;-)
Thanks so much for the comments on my picture on mypage.. YOU can do it!! Be committed to you &consistant. Sence that picture I gotten a Bowflex so I have built lean muscle. I wear the same size but look a bit better toned. Still working at it!! Never go below 1200 calories a day & not above 1500 for weightloss,eat complex carbs & lean protiens. You upping your fiber intake will keep you feeling fuller longer & help in weightloss too.. I'm here for you all the way!!.. Thanks again.;-)
Hello, yea I think that losing 20 pounds is pushing it a bit much even if I lost 10 by then I'd be happy with that then continue to my goal of 10 more after that! Thanks for your encouragement. What would you recommend for exercising? I normally do the elliptical for like 20-30 min when I'm at the gym. Should I add something else??
