It's time to shed that winter weight!

Hey everyone! At this point I have accompliished my goal of getting back to the weight I was 5 years ago in high school. I went from 134 lbs. down to my current weight of 112 lbs. I can honestly say that nothing feels better than being comfortable with yourself. It is amazing to love trying on clothes again!

So now that I am at my goal weight, my new goal is to really tone up by using P90X! I would also love to run a 10 mile road race that that takes place in Rhode Island every ...

I've come to find that dieting really isn't the appropriate term for what I am doing. This is isn't a diet...it's a lifestyle!

For the most part I am going to try to eat healthy and work out a little bit more. I know that I can't cut junk food out of my diet completely, but I am really gonna try to live by the "everything in moderation" motto.

Hey long time no talk! I noticed you changed your profile picture so i had to come by and congratulate you on your weight loss success. Are you still plugging away with P90X? I'm still :) working out and trying to get leaner but as you know its a very slow process. Hope all is well, keep in touch.

Thanks for the comment. Yes, I am still doing P90x. I just started the second 30 day phase and am still hurting from the Chest, Shoulders and Triceps.

I do use P90X, I love it too! I have to get with it again. I havent been using it like I should the last couple months. I weighed myself today though and I am back in the 120's just from dieting!! WOOHOO!! Hope you are having a good vacation!! :)
