My Goals:
My goals are to learn how to maintain a healthy weight and to be as fit an active as I possibly can be. Exercise and pushing my body to become stronger is very important to me. I would love to become more toned, athletic, strong, and body confident.
My Program:
I am eating around 1500 calories a day, and doing ab and glute exercises. However I would love to have a more concrete fitness regimen, that I am able to do from home. If anyone has any suggestions please let me know.
Other Information:
I love writing music, reading, watching movies, walking in the rain, and going on adventures with my friends. I love being around people but I also love to be alone. I'm kind of a complex person.
