I am a busy mom of three who never gives enough time to herself! I am going to buckle down and get moving. I am tired of being unhappy with myself and ready to make a change for me!!!!!!!! I recently turned 30 and although I did not reach my goal weight like I had hoped, I did manage to lose 40lbs. Which for me is monumental! My Goals:
To eat more healthy, drink more water and remain CONSISTENT! I want to be a more healthy role model for my kids and just be happier with who I am!
My Program:
I track my calories and try my best to stick with the food journal! I can not afford the time or money for a gym membership-so I do workout DVD's from home. Basically lots of cardio and strength training. I have been really wacthing what I eat and drinking lots of water!
