Losing weight for good

I have 3 goals. My first is to lose 5%, then 10%, then 15%. After I reach each goal I will reward myself by buying 1 new outfit.

My Goals:
1. 5% loss = 150# 23%fat 24.3 BMI

2. 10% loss = 142# 19% fat 22.9 BMI

3. 15% loss = 134# 14% fat 21.7 BMI

My Program:
I will lose weight by eating vegetables of each color every day, exercising at least 30minutes of cardio with pilates each day and strength training 3times a week.

After I meet a goal I will reward myself by shopping for a new outfit.

Personal Information:
I realized that it is easy to quickly become unhealthy without even realizing that you are. I want to live a long life so I plan to change my lifestyle to reflect myself as a strong person.
