I'm Sarah from Corona California. I've been struggling with weight issues since I was a kid. I always felt like the chubby girl growing up and continued to feel that way into college. Since then, I have realized that I never really had a weight problem, I just had a problem with my weight. I now know that it is possible to change your body and very important to change your mind. I am changing my perception of what is beautiful and treating myself better than ever. I'm not going to pick on myself any more, just pick myself up. I'm ready to change my body & mind and meet my goals. It's time I take back control of myself and stay healthy.

-If you don't make mistakes, you aren't trying
-I love that moment when your running and your too tired to go any faster but too determined to stop moving your feet

My Program:
My workouts vary and sometimes consist of any of the following:
-running a mile
-10 min stair stepper
-reps with barbells
-10 min elliptical
-crunches and other strength training
-dancing
-yoga
-hiking
-playing softball
-jogging long distances

Personal Information:
I'm a college student at CSUF, psych major. I love softball, dancing, and techno/house music.
