Hang in there - it takes some getting used to. Take some time to wander around the site, check out some teams, make a few friends, and figure out just how you want to customize your own personal plan. Think about the whole "baby steps" deal, realize that you didn't gain it overnight and won't lose it that way either, and take heart: we're all right there with you.

The people who have been successful have had to struggle through these same changes, and those of us who still have a ways to go are learning right along with you. You've shown up here - that's the first (and a big) step. emoticon
