Shrinking is addictive...

Hi there, I'm Sara and I had a baby (Born at home - I can hardly believe it myself!) 08 August 2007 and another (Elective C-section due to complications from the first birth) 02 Nov 2009.

I met - and exceeded - my goal weight of 135 and am now just trying to maintain somewhere between 125-130.

You're welcome to check out my food log (Link at the bottom left of this page) and give me feedback - knowing you all may be watching will keep me straight! ...maybe!

My Goals:
I have achieved everything I wanted so now I am just trying to maintain. I still track everything every day because I like it and it helps keep me on track.

My Program:
I try to run at least three times a week, usually 3 miles each time. Other then that, I chase my 14 month old and 3.5 year old around - which is plenty of exercise!

Read a comment you posted about being judgemental "if I can do it, so can they"...I can't agree more! I don't want to be judgemental either but now that I've seen 60 lbs come and go, I think everyone should TRY! I feel/felt the best I EVER have!!! I'm headin' back to my goal after baby...
Congrats on looking GREAT!!

Congrats on reaching your goal! It inspires and encourages me to see your success. Keep up the good work of maintaining. Any tips on how you did it?

Oh man I am terrible at running! I probably wouldn't be very much fun to run with, I would have to stop every 2 minutes! :) I am addicted to the elliptical at the "gym" I go to. I just can't wait until it is nice outside so I can take my kiddos for walks, or maybe I could be brave and do some sssllllooooowwww running!! :)

Hi Sara! Thanks for your comment. I've become obsessed with checking the nutritional info online before going to restaurants. I wish more restaurants posted this information; it's frustrating when they don't because with Alli, underestimating the fat is a very bad thing! You look excellent and congratulations to you for reaching your goal!!! Kaia is adorable! And thanks for your blog about the butternut squash ravioli. It's like you read my mind. I have one in the freezer and I've been avoiding it and picking ones I'm sure are good...I think I'll make it my lunch today since it sounds edible! =) Have a great week!
