Positive Attitude!

Update Sept/07: I've been maintaining a 10 pound loss since February, but mainly because of drastic diet changes and healthy eating. Now it is time to add fitness to the equation, something that has always been hard for me! I'm gonna start off slow and work hard at developing a fitness program that works for me. I vow to not give up and appreciate any encouragment.

Hi, I just stopped by to share some Recovery Club love with you! Good luck with you fitness goals!!! I had a hard time getting into a fitness routine, but now I don't feel right if I don't get in my daily exercise. I am finding myself challenging myself to dig deeper. Change is awesome!!!
