Consistency is key...

I have been on Sparkpeople numerous times over the years, and found great success (2009, losing approximately 40 pounds). Yet, the changes in my life have led to changes on the scale, so now I am back and needing to get serious once again. I turn back to Sparkpeople because the members on this site are incredible, supportive, and motivating. I realize consistency and support are key.
