I'm am tired of having a lack of energy and feeling like I'm wading through quick sand every afternoon so my #1 goal is to increase my energy. My long-term goal weight is 155-160. I haven't weighed that since I met my dh and 3 babies in 3 yrs has taken it's toll.
Tracking my food *honestly*. Increasing my fruits and vegetables, decreasing my starches, cardio 4-5x weekly, Couch25K, weight training 3x weekly.
I'm a sahm to 3 young ones and trying to return to full-time teaching. I live in Southern California. I love to read, work-out, and play in the pool with my family.
