My Goals:
During the summer of 2010, I weighed in at my heaviest-172 lbs. I joined SparkPeople at the time and changed my life around. I got down to 140 within 3 months. In the summer of 2011, I trained for boot-camp and pushed myself harder then ever before. I went into the military that fall without a doubt that I could make it to basic military training graduation. And I did it! To this day, I am so proud of myself and stronger then ever!

My Program:
I used to be a huge spinning fanatic! I don't have a gym membership these days, so I run hills and do work out videos at home.

I'm a big fan of the videos on the SparkPeople website and the Insanity dvd's.

Personal Information:
I love motivating people and helping them achieve their goals! SparkPeople has helped me, so why not help others? I'm all about spreading the love! Mark Twain said "The best way to cheer yourself up is to try to cheer somebody else up." Oh so true!

Other Information:
I been through extremely tough times in my adult life and have wanted to give up once or twice. Give up on exercise, eating healthily, family, friends, myself, and even life.

But all those tough times have only made me stronger. SparkPeople and its members have kept me going through a lot and I owe a big, BIG thanks to everyone!
