I am a 25 year old Air Force veteran and full time college student/barista. Transitioning from the military was very difficult for me and has led me to stop taking care of myself. I want to go back to caring about my health with exercising and putting the right nutrients in my body. I'd like to get better at not eating my emotions and stresses of life and get back to being happy.

My Goals:
During the summer of 2010, I weighed in at my heaviest-172 lbs. I joined SparkPeople at the time and changed my life around. I got down to 140 within 3 months. I joined the military in 2012 and leaving it was very hard for me. I lost my sense of purpose in life which led to poor eating habits and not wanting to exercise any longer. I am back on Sparkpeople to help myself succeed once again in losing weight and staying healthy!
