My Goals:
I would like to run in a 10K by the fall. So I would like to start running at least 12-18 miles a week.


My Program:
I am trying to eat better. I have started from scratch with the food I keep in my house and hope to get in the habit of eating less sugar and carbs.

I have started running a few times a week, and I hope to make it a daily routine.

I entered another 5K on June 5 and I'm hoping to cut my time down by then.

Hey! I am attempting to stay cool, motivation is down though in the heat. Usually if I wait until right before the sun goes down I can make myself go outside for a bike ride. I just started a challenge on July 1st at the gym - I have to walk/run 13.1 miles, bike 56 miles, and spend 4 1/2 hours in the pool before August 15. I know I can do it - it's just a matter wanting to do it when it's so hot out! I really wanted to do the bike portion on an actual bike, not on a recumbent bike at the gym. How is the job going? Stay cool!

GReat job on the 5K! I'm TOTALLY addicted!! I would LOVE to do that blood, sweat and beers trail run July 30. It starts and ends in Auburn...
