My Goals:
I would like to run in a 10K by the fall. So I would like to start running at least 12-18 miles a week.


My Program:
I am trying to eat better. I have started from scratch with the food I keep in my house and hope to get in the habit of eating less sugar and carbs.

I have started running a few times a week, and I hope to make it a daily routine.

I entered another 5K on June 5 and I'm hoping to cut my time down by then.

Sorry I haven't written back...I honestly haven't been on here in a while! For my abs...to start...I'm blessed! I've had them since I can remember in Highschool. I've very active and the more lean I get the more they show! I do all different sorts of ab work outs as well but just really to maintain them! :) Sooo the typical diet and exercise answer....but it's true! :)

I just went and worked out at snap fitness for the first time. I think I wont be able to lift my arms tomorrow. I guess that is a good thing. Now I just have to get off my @ss and run and it will be a good day.
