Sapona owl's wanderings
We're full-time RVers back on the "Left Coast" after a weight-gaining winter in North Carolina. We visited friends and family and everyone fed us. Being social eaters, we both gained some weight back. However, we're back on track now with Spark People and doing quite well. At the cost of gas, we'll be on the West Coast for quite some time now. Presently we are hosts of a day-use area for the US Forest Service in the Columbia Gorge on the Oregon side.

My Goals:
Slow and steady wins the race. I'll be happy to get back down to my WW goal of 148 and keep things there.
My Program:
Walking nearly every day 1-2 miles. I try for 20 minute miles but I take my dog and there's some serious sniffing in there too.
Personal Information:
Originally from Ashland, Oregon...my mom still lives there.
Other Information:
I've written several novels (chick books--romance mysteries) and am looking for an editor that could believe in me. If I can find one, the publishing will take care of itself.
