I like most of the foods that are lower in fat/cholesterol. Big on Mexican and Mediterranean. I kinda like vegetarian but still need to get used to eating certain stuff.

I like martial arts, and try to practice on my own when I can. I also like running, crocheting, music (really like that! lol ), kayaking/canoeing, and hiking. Not that I do many of these things much, but I enjoy them when I have the chance to do them.

My Goals:
My main goal is to get my body fat percent down to a healthier number. I'd be happy with 20% since that's about in the middle of the acceptable range. I'm not as worried about my actual weight since I expect that it will remain the same with the change from fat to muscle.

My Program:
Walking when the weather is nice, doing fun dance games when it's not.

Stretching/yoga is a must given some muscular issues I'm having.

If it's even a little fun I'm trying to do it more. The only down side is that I work swing shifts so it's really hard to stay on a schedule.

Personal Information:
I live in West Virginia. Not a state with a focus on healthy living. :(

Thank you for your comment on my blog (about the resolutions). I don't mind at all if you copy them. I've been on spark for a long time and not really lost anything so this year I'm going to try to make some real changes and I'm hoping if I make enough of them, eventually I'll start losing lol
