Deb's Little Corner of the World
My name is Deb. I am a 50ish year old female from Nebraska. I live alone. My only child is married and he lives in Montana. I recently lost my Mom from renal failure. I was her caregiver for several years. I was in a great big funk after her passing and frankly didn't give a hoot. I than decided I would hit the reset button on my life and change four things. Physically, Emotionally, Mentally and Spirituality. I am dieting but I don't want to say that I want to say I am making lifestyle changes ...

I was her caregiver for several years. I was in a great big funk after her passing and frankly didn't give a hoot. I than decided I would hit the reset button on my life and change four things. Physically, Emotionally, Mentally and Spirituality. I am dieting but I don't want to say that I want to say I am making lifestyle changes because this will be for life. I have lost 19 pounds on my journey so far. I am walking and swimming. I coming back to Spark for the emotional support I have found here in the past. And I hope to get mentally stronger as I vent in a safe place about things that are triggering me to eat. I know I am an emotional eater. I eat when I am happy,sad, up, down or around. And I am a mindless eater at times too. So hold on to your sock folks I am back

I am eating frozen dinners with a salad and vegetable and a fruit for portion control. Drink nothing carbonated. Mostly tea and water. And for exercise video's and swimming.

I am a 54 year old female who lives alone in Nebraska on the the banks of the Missouri River. I have one grown son who is married and lives in Montana. I am a Christian. I love to read, watch TV, scrapbook, arts & crafts and I like to fish.
Other Information:
I hit the reset button so I am starting over in my life. Physically mentally and emotional and spiritual.
