I have switched to an octo-vegan diet (If there is such a thing). I eat only fresh fruits and veggies , whole grains and free range organic eggs. In an all-out effort to finally and permanently lose this weight, I have eliminated or greatly reduced my consumption of... *wheat *dairy *alcohol *sugar *coffee I feel Fabulous!!!
