Hey y'all!
I'm Chrissy and I'm here to change my daily eating habits to where I can have cheese fries on the weekend and not feel guilty..

I've done Sparkpeople before and combined with a personal trainer I did hit my fitness goal. Then I stopped training and eating right and gained all the weight back plus more :(

So I'm back, still sans personal trainer and still trying to make a permanent change. I do have a Wii Fit but after playing and unlocking/beating ...

Are you doing the Spark Your Body Bootcamp? It's actually not that hard if you've been exercising, which I haven't. Hahahaha. I'm using it to get myself back into regular exercise indoors.

The group that is doing the 5K training is Women in Motion -- www.womeninmotion.us. The 5K itself will be at St. Joseph Mercy in Ypsilanti, and it looks like the training is held at the UM outdoor track. I had never heard of it before my friend mentioned it.
