Since April, I've been working out 6 days a week (taking Body Pump, gym equipment, and walking the dogs) and have lost 8 pounds. This process takes a lot of hard work and patience and a lot of concentration in the beginning.

I'm motivated by seeing gradual results and by the other benefits. I don't feel tired and yawny at 3 p.m. every day. I don't know if it's exercise or not stuffing myself at lunch, but it's nice to not want to fall asleep at my desk.

I'm glad this site is available to take some of the pain out of the process. The calorie tracker is really helpful, and I like Spark Recipes too.

That said, I hope there comes a point that I won't need this site!
