Since April, I've been working out 6 days a week (taking Body Pump, gym equipment, and walking the dogs) and have lost 8 pounds. This process takes a lot of hard work and patience and a lot of concentration in the beginning.

I'm motivated by seeing gradual results and by the other benefits. I don't feel tired and yawny at 3 p.m. every day. I don't know if it's exercise or not stuffing myself at lunch, but it's nice to not want to fall asleep at my desk.

I'm glad this site is available to take some of the pain out of the process. The calorie tracker is really helpful, and I like Spark Recipes too.

That said, I hope there comes a point that I won't need this site!

thanks for the encouragement on my blog! i'm definintely going to look for online support groups...its such a weird issue to have that it becomes really easy to feel isolated...especially with american culture being about food! Thanks for the idea!

Sang! Do you have any idea how happy that makes me - you commenting on my recipe??? Thanks for the tips. I will be making it on Sunday and we love things hot.

I love making food from all over the world. I have a few of your recipes that you have posted set aside to make soon because they sound absolutely delish. As a matter of fact your slow cooker lentil recipe is on for this Saturday I believe.
