Hi Sandy and welcome to the Alabama Team! You've taken the first step to a new, healthy life. Don't overwhelm yourself by trying to do too much too fast. Take it slowly and learn one new habit at a time! Maybe start by drinking 8 or more glasses of water every day or do a little exercise every day or track your food on the nutrition tracker and see what you really are eating.
